First, check the batteries and replace them if necessary. If the remote still doesn't work, try resetting it by removing the batteries and pressing every button twice. Reinsert the batteries and try again.
Connect your soundbar to the RCA Roku TV using an HDMI cable or an optical audio cable. Ensure that the TV's audio output settings are set to external audio or HDMI ARC if supported.
Ensure all cables are securely connected. Try restarting the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. If the problem persists, check the input source settings.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
Check your Wi-Fi signal strength and ensure your router is functioning properly. You may also try restarting both the TV and the router to resolve connectivity issues.
To update the software, go to Settings > System > System update > Check now. The TV will check for updates and install them if available.
Download the Roku mobile app on your smartphone. Ensure both the TV and the smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Open the app and follow the instructions to connect.
Check the resolution settings in the TV's settings menu. Ensure that you are using high-quality HDMI cables and the video source is capable of delivering high-definition content.
Use the physical buttons located on the side or bottom of the TV to navigate to the settings menu and adjust the volume. Alternatively, use the Roku mobile app as a remote control.
