To pair your device, turn on the PWPBT57 and enable Bluetooth on your device. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select 'Pyle Audio Receiver'. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the receiver and the power outlet. Check if the outlet is working by testing it with another device. If the problem persists, try using a different power cable.
To improve Bluetooth range, ensure there are no physical obstructions between the receiver and your device. Keep both devices within the recommended range of around 30 feet and avoid interference from other wireless devices.
Intermittent audio can be caused by Bluetooth interference. Try moving the receiver and your device closer together, and ensure there are no other active Bluetooth devices nearby. Additionally, check for any physical obstacles that could be blocking the signal.
To reset the PWPBT57, turn off the device and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This should reset the device to its factory settings.
The Pyle PWPBT57 supports pairing with multiple devices, but it can only connect to one device at a time for audio streaming. To switch devices, disconnect the current device and connect the new one.
To clean the PWPBT57, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior. Avoid using any liquids or harsh cleaners. Regularly check the device for dust build-up and ensure that all connections are secure.
Currently, the Pyle PWPBT57 does not support firmware updates. Ensure you have the latest version by checking the Pyle website or contacting their support for more information.
Ensure that the volume on both the PWPBT57 and your connected device is turned up. Check the audio settings on your device to ensure there are no audio limits set. Also, verify if the speakers connected to the receiver are properly working and configured.
When the PWPBT57 is in pairing mode, the Bluetooth indicator light will flash rapidly. This indicates that the device is ready to pair with a Bluetooth-enabled device.
