Poulan Pro PR725Y22RP Operator's Manual

To start the Poulan Pro PR725Y22RP mower, ensure the fuel tank is filled and the oil level is adequate. Pull the safety lever towards the handlebar, then pull the starter rope with a firm, quick motion.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87. Avoid using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol content as it can damage the engine.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use and then every 25 hours of operation or at least once per mowing season.
Check for sufficient fuel and oil levels, ensure the spark plug is connected properly, and inspect the air filter for any blockages. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact support.
Disconnect the spark plug and tip the mower to access the blade. Use a file or sharpening tool to hone the blade edge evenly. Reinstall the blade securely before using the mower.
After each use, disconnect the spark plug and use a garden hose to rinse the underside of the deck. Scrape off any grass clippings or debris with a plastic scraper.
To adjust the cutting height, use the height adjustment lever located near each wheel. Adjust all four wheels to the desired height setting for even cutting.
Drain the fuel tank, change the oil, clean the deck, and remove the spark plug. Store the mower in a dry, protected area to prevent rust and damage.
Locate the air filter cover on the side of the engine, remove the cover, and take out the old filter. Insert a new air filter and secure the cover back in place.
Check for debris buildup on the blade or uneven tire pressure. Inspect the blade for damage or imbalance and replace it if necessary. Tighten any loose bolts or nuts.
