Keep the receiver in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Regularly dust the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water near the receiver. Periodically check and tighten any loose cable connections.
Ensure the receiver is placed in an area with minimal obstructions and interference. Keep the firmware updated to the latest version. Consider using a wired Ethernet connection if wireless performance is poor.
Check that the HDMI cable is properly connected between the receiver and the TV. Ensure the TV is set to the correct input source. Try using a different HDMI cable or port if the problem persists.
Use the automatic calibration feature by connecting the supplied microphone to the receiver and following the on-screen instructions. Manually adjust the speaker settings in the receiver's menu if needed.
Check if the batteries in the remote control need replacement. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the receiver. If the issue persists, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries and pressing all buttons twice before reinserting the batteries.
