Check if the power cord is properly connected to both the printer and the power outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional by testing it with another device. If the problem persists, contact Olympus support.
First, turn off the printer and gently remove any jammed paper from the paper path. Ensure there are no small pieces left inside. Reload paper properly and restart the printer.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the printer head, checking and cleaning the paper feed rollers, and updating the printer firmware. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
Blurry images can result from dirty print heads or incorrect print settings. Clean the print heads and ensure the image resolution setting matches the media type.
Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable. Install the necessary drivers from the Olympus website if they do not install automatically.
Ensure you have installed the latest driver compatible with your operating system. Uninstall any conflicting drivers and try reinstalling the Olympus driver.
Access the printer’s settings menu, navigate to the maintenance section, and select 'Nozzle Check'. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Slow printing can be due to high-resolution settings. Try lowering the print quality in the printer settings. Also, check for any pending print jobs that might be slowing down the process.
Visit the Olympus support website, download the latest firmware for your printer model, and follow the provided instructions to install it on your printer.
