To perform a factory reset, turn on the camera and navigate to the menu. Select 'Settings', then choose 'Reset' and confirm your choice. This will restore the camera to its default settings.
First, check if the batteries are correctly installed and have a charge. If the camera still doesn't turn on, try replacing the batteries with new ones. Ensure the battery compartment is clean and free of corrosion.
