Check the battery connections for corrosion. Ensure that the fuel tank has gasoline and the fuel valve is open. Inspect the spark plug for wear or damage.
Change the oil every 50 hours of operation or at the start of each mowing season. Use SAE 30 oil for optimal performance.
Regularly check and clean the mower deck to prevent grass build-up. Sharpen the blades at least once per season for efficient cutting.
Check if the tire pressure is even on all sides. Ensure the mower deck is level and the blades are sharp and properly installed.
Inspect the drive belt for wear or damage. Adjust or replace the belt if necessary. Check the transmission fluid level and top up if needed.
Keep the battery terminals clean and free from corrosion. Disconnect the battery during the off-season and store it in a cool, dry place.
Inspect the blades for damage or imbalance. Check that the engine mounts are secure. Tighten any loose bolts or nuts on the tractor.
Locate the air filter cover on the side of the engine. Remove the cover and take out the old filter. Insert a new filter and reattach the cover securely.
The recommended tire pressure is typically 10 PSI for the front tires and 14 PSI for the rear tires. Always check the manual for specific guidelines.
