The oil should be changed every 50 hours of operation or at the beginning of each season, whichever comes first. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for oil type and capacity.
The recommended tire pressure is typically between 10 to 14 PSI for the front tires and 8 to 12 PSI for the rear tires. Always refer to your manual for precise specifications.
Ensure the mower deck is level, blades are sharp, and tires are inflated correctly. Check for any obstructions or damage to the blades and replace if necessary.
Inspect the blades for damage or imbalance, check for loose bolts or components, and ensure the engine is securely mounted. Balancing or replacing blades may help resolve vibration issues.
Regularly check the battery terminals for corrosion, clean them with a wire brush if needed, and ensure the battery is fully charged. During off-season, store the battery in a cool, dry place.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, change the oil, remove the battery, inflate the tires, and store it in a dry, sheltered location. Cover the tractor to protect it from dust and moisture.
Disconnect the spark plug for safety, lift the tractor to access the mower deck, and remove the blade mounting bolts. Replace with new blades and ensure they are securely fastened.
Check the transmission drive belt for wear or damage, ensure the linkage is not obstructed, and verify that the transmission fluid is at the correct level. Replace or repair as necessary.
