To pair the remote, ensure both the remote and the indoor unit are powered on. Press and hold the "Mode" button on the remote until the LED indicator blinks. Then, press the "Pair" button on the indoor unit. The units should sync automatically.
Check the batteries in the remote and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the indoor unit. If the issue persists, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries and pressing all buttons twice before reinserting the batteries.
To reset the remote to factory settings, remove the batteries and press and hold the "Reset" button, typically located inside the battery compartment, for five seconds. Reinsert the batteries and power on the remote.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water directly on the remote. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with a mild soap solution, ensuring no liquid enters the remote.
To change the temperature unit, press and hold the "TEMP" button for about three seconds until the display toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Release the button when your preferred unit is displayed.
The remote is designed to control one indoor unit at a time. For multiple units, each unit must be paired with its corresponding remote, or consider using a centralized control system.
First, check and replace the batteries to ensure they are not depleted. If the display remains dim, inspect for any damage or obstructions in the LCD area. If necessary, consult a professional technician for further diagnosis.
Press the "Timer" button to access the scheduling mode. Use the arrow keys to set the desired start and stop times. Confirm your settings by pressing the "Enter" button. Ensure the remote and the unit are within range for the schedule to activate.
The operational range of the remote is approximately 10 meters (32 feet) in a direct line of sight. Obstacles such as walls or furniture may reduce this range.
Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the desired mode (heating or cooling) is highlighted on the display. Once selected, the unit will adjust to the chosen mode.
