JVC LT-39K790 Quick Start Guide

To connect your JVC LT-39K790 TV to Wi-Fi, go to the 'Menu', then select 'Network', followed by 'Network Setup'. Choose 'Wireless', and then select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted and press 'OK'.
First, ensure the TV is set to the correct input source. Check all cable connections for any loose or damaged wires. Try resetting the TV by unplugging it for a few minutes, then plugging it back in. If the issue persists, contact JVC support.
To update the software, press the 'Menu' button, go to 'Settings', then 'System', and select 'Software Update'. Choose 'Check for Updates' and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates.
Ensure that the TV is not muted and the volume is turned up. Check if 'Audio Out' is set correctly in the audio settings. If using external speakers, verify that they are properly connected and powered on.
To perform a factory reset, go to the 'Menu', select 'Settings', then 'System', and choose 'Factory Reset'. Confirm your selection. Note that this will erase all personal settings and restore the TV to its original state.
For optimal picture quality, set the 'Picture Mode' to 'Standard', adjust the 'Brightness' to 50-60, 'Contrast' to 70-80, and 'Color' to 50. Fine-tune these settings according to your preference and room lighting conditions.
Press the 'Menu' button, navigate to 'Settings', then 'Accessibility', and select 'Closed Captions'. Choose 'On' to enable closed captions and adjust the style and size if needed.
Check if the remote batteries are properly installed or need replacement. Ensure there are no obstacles between the remote and the TV. Try using the buttons on the TV itself to see if the issue lies with the remote.
Use the HDMI or AV inputs located on the back or side of the TV to connect external devices such as gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, or streaming devices. Select the corresponding input source using the remote control.
Ensure that the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and the wall outlet. Check that the outlet is functioning by testing it with another device. If the TV still does not turn on, contact JVC support.
