To perform a factory reset, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, navigate to 'Settings', select 'System', and choose 'Reset to Factory Defaults'. Confirm your selection and the TV will reset.
Ensure that the power cord is properly connected to the TV and outlet. Check if the outlet is functional by testing it with another device. If the problem persists, try a different power cable or contact customer support.
Press the 'Menu' button on the remote, go to 'Network Settings', select 'Wireless', and choose your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted to connect.
