To perform a factory reset, press the 'Menu' button on your remote, go to 'Settings', select 'System', then 'Reset'. Confirm by selecting 'Yes'.
Ensure that the volume is not muted and is turned up. Check the audio output settings and ensure they match your connected devices.
Press the 'Menu' button, navigate to 'Network Settings', select 'Wi-Fi Setup', and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your network.
Check the HDMI cable connections and ensure they are secure. Try switching to a different input source or restarting the TV.
Go to 'Settings', select 'Support', and then 'Software Update'. Follow the instructions to download and install available updates.
Ensure the USB drive is formatted in FAT32 or NTFS. Check if the USB port is functional by testing with another device.
Press 'Menu', navigate to 'Picture Settings', and adjust options such as brightness, contrast, and color to your preference.
Replace the batteries in the remote. If it still doesn’t work, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries and pressing all the buttons.
Go to 'Settings', select 'Parental Controls', and follow the prompts to set up restrictions and a PIN.
Ensure your antenna is properly connected and positioned. Try rescanning for channels in the 'Menu' under 'Channel Setup'.
