To descale your Jura Impressa E10/E20/E25, first ensure the machine is turned off and cooled down. Fill the water tank with a descaling solution as per the instructions. Turn on the machine and follow the descaling program as outlined in the user manual. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water afterward.
If your coffee is not hot enough, ensure the machine is preheated by running a hot water cycle before brewing. Check that the temperature setting is at the highest level and clean the frother as residue can affect heat distribution.
If the machine isn't brewing, check for any blockages in the coffee spouts. Ensure the water tank is filled and properly seated. Also, verify that the coffee grounds are not too fine, which can block the brewing process.
To adjust the coffee strength, use the aroma selector feature on your Jura Impressa. This allows you to choose between mild, normal, and strong settings before starting the brew cycle.
Use fresh, cold water in your Jura Impressa coffee machine. It is recommended to use filtered water to prevent mineral build-up and enhance the taste of your coffee.
Detach the frother and rinse it under warm water after each use. For a thorough cleaning, use a Jura milk system cleaner weekly to remove any milk residue and prevent blockages.
Leaking water may be due to a misaligned or damaged water tank seal. Check the tank and seals for any cracks or misalignment. Ensure all components are properly assembled and seated.
Replace the water filter every two months or after 50 liters of water have been filtered, whichever comes first, to maintain optimal machine performance and coffee taste.
A red warning light typically indicates that the machine needs descaling or the water tank is empty. Refer to your user manual for specific diagnostics related to warning lights.
It is not recommended to use oily coffee beans as they can clog the grinder. Opt for medium roast beans with a dry surface to ensure smooth operation and optimal flavor extraction.
