Change the oil every 50 hours of operation or at least once per mowing season to ensure optimal performance.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87 and avoid using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and verify that the air filter is clean. Also, make sure the battery is charged.
The recommended tire pressure for the front tires is 14 psi and for the rear tires is 10 psi.
Use the deck lift lever located on the right side of the mower. Move the lever to the desired position to adjust the cutting height.
Clean the mower, change the oil, stabilize the fuel system, check the belts, and disconnect the battery before storage.
First, disconnect the spark plug wire. Then, secure the blade and remove the bolt. Replace the blade and tighten the bolt securely.
Check if the blades are dull or damaged, ensure the deck is level, and verify that you are mowing at the appropriate height for the grass type.
Inspect the drive belt for wear, ensure the transmission is properly filled with fluid, and check the linkage for proper adjustment.
Sharpen the blades after approximately 25 hours of mowing or whenever you notice a decline in cutting performance.
