To start the Husqvarna 522HS75S Trimmer, ensure the choke is in the closed position, press the primer bulb several times until fuel is visible, set the throttle to the start position, and pull the starter cord until the engine fires. Then, open the choke and pull the starter cord again if necessary.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 89, mixed with high-quality two-stroke engine oil at a ratio of 50:1.
Clean the air filter after every 10 hours of operation. Replace it if it is damaged or too dirty to clean effectively.
The recommended spark plug is the NGK BPMR7A. Ensure the electrode gap is set to 0.6 mm (0.024 inches).
Check the fuel level and quality, inspect the spark plug for fouling, ensure the air filter is clean, verify that the choke is set correctly, and check for any blockages in the fuel lines.
Regularly inspect the blades for sharpness and damage. Clean them after each use to remove sap and debris, and sharpen or replace them as necessary for optimal performance.
Check for loose or damaged parts, ensure the cutting blades are properly balanced and securely attached, and inspect the engine mounts for wear.
Drain the fuel tank, clean the trimmer thoroughly, remove the spark plug and add a few drops of oil into the cylinder before replacing it, and store the trimmer in a cool, dry place.
Wear appropriate protective gear, such as gloves, eye and ear protection, and long pants. Ensure the work area is clear of bystanders and obstacles, and always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for safe operation.
Check if the blades are dull or damaged and sharpen or replace them as needed. Ensure the engine is running at full speed, and verify that the blades are correctly aligned and secured.
