Husqvarna CTH140TWIN Owner's Manual

To start the Husqvarna CTH140TWIN, ensure the parking brake is engaged, set the throttle to the 'fast' position, turn the ignition key to the 'start' position, and release it once the engine starts.
Use SAE 30 oil for temperatures above 32°F (0°C) and SAE 5W-30 for colder conditions. Ensure you check the oil level regularly.
Check for fuel in the tank, ensure the spark plug is clean and connected, verify the battery charge, and inspect the air filter for blockages.
Sharpen the mower blades every 25 hours of use or at the beginning of each mowing season to maintain cutting efficiency.
Check for loose parts, unbalanced blades, or debris lodged in the deck. Tighten any loose bolts and ensure the blades are balanced.
Use a garden hose to rinse the underside of the cutting deck after each use. Remove any grass clippings and debris to prevent rust and ensure optimal performance.
Drain the fuel tank, change the oil, clean or replace the air filter, and store the mower in a dry place. Additionally, remove the battery and store it in a cool, dry location.
Regularly clean the air filter, keep the blades sharp, maintain proper tire pressure, and use high-quality fuel. These practices will help improve fuel efficiency.
To adjust the cutting height, locate the lever on the side of the mower deck and move it to the desired position. The CTH140TWIN has multiple height settings for different grass lengths.
Stop the engine and allow it to cool. Check for obstructions in the air intake and ensure the cooling fins are clean. Also, verify the oil level and top up if necessary.
