To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant in a zigzag pattern underneath. Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check if the treadmill is plugged in and ensure the safety key is properly inserted. If it still doesn't start, inspect the power cord and circuit breaker. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Ensure the belt is properly tensioned by adjusting the rear roller bolts. Turn the bolts clockwise to tighten and counter-clockwise to loosen. Make sure the treadmill is on a level surface and the belt is centered.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the treadmill deck and belt, checking the belt tension and alignment, lubricating the belt every 3-6 months, and inspecting the power cord and connections for wear.
To calibrate the speed, enter the engineering mode by holding the speed up and stop buttons simultaneously while inserting the safety key. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the calibration.
Stop using the treadmill immediately and unplug it. Check for any debris under the belt or in the motor area. Inspect the rollers and motor for wear or damage. If the noise persists, seek professional repair services.
Ensure the treadmill is on a stable and level surface. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary. Tighten any loose screws or bolts on the frame and check the belt tension and alignment.
To fold, ensure the treadmill is turned off and the belt is stopped. Lift the deck until it locks into place. To unfold, support the deck with one hand, press the release lever, and lower it slowly.
Unplug the treadmill and wait for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and insert the safety key. If the console does not reset, consult the user manual for additional troubleshooting steps.
Refer to the user manual for specific error code meanings. Try resetting the treadmill by unplugging it and reinserting the safety key. If the error persists, contact Horizon Fitness support for assistance.
