To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt on one side and apply silicone-based lubricant in a zigzag pattern along the deck. Repeat on the other side. Plug in the treadmill and run it at a slow speed for 5 minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check the tension of the belt by lifting it from the center. If it lifts more than 2-3 inches, tighten the belt using the adjustment bolts located at the end of the treadmill. Turn the bolts clockwise to increase tension, making small adjustments, and test until the slipping stops.
To reset the console, unplug the treadmill for at least 30 seconds. Then, press and hold the 'START' and 'STOP' buttons while plugging the treadmill back in. Release the buttons once the display turns on.
Noises may be due to misaligned belts, loose bolts, or worn-out parts. Inspect the belt alignment and adjust if necessary. Tighten any loose bolts and check for wear on the belt and deck. Replace worn parts as needed.
Regularly wipe down the treadmill with a damp cloth to remove dust and sweat. Vacuum under and around the treadmill to prevent dust buildup. Check and tighten bolts monthly, and lubricate the belt every 3-6 months.
Enter the engineering mode by pressing and holding the incline 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Follow the instructions on the display to calibrate the speed, adjusting as necessary.
This could be due to a loose power connection or an overloaded circuit. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and try using a different outlet. Avoid using an extension cord, and ensure the circuit is not overloaded with other appliances.
Check the power connection and ensure the safety key is properly inserted. If the display is still not working, you may need to check the console wiring or consult the user manual for further troubleshooting steps.
Use the incline buttons on the console to increase or decrease the incline. If the incline is not adjusting, check for any obstructions under the treadmill and ensure the incline motor is functioning properly.
Refer to the user manual for a list of error codes. Common codes include E1 for a speed sensor issue and E7 for a motor error. Each code comes with specific troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
