To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Carefully lift the belt and apply lubricant along the center. Walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check the power cord connection and ensure the safety key is inserted properly. If the treadmill still doesn't start, inspect the circuit breaker and reset if necessary.
To calibrate the speed, start by accessing the settings menu. Follow the specific instructions in the user manual to enter calibration mode and adjust the speed settings.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the treadmill deck, checking for belt alignment, lubricating the belt, and inspecting the power cord for any damage.
To adjust belt alignment, use the adjustment bolts located at the end of the treadmill. Turn the bolts clockwise or counterclockwise to center the belt properly.
If the belt slips, it may need tension adjustment. Use the adjustment bolts to increase tension until the belt no longer slips when you walk or run.
Ensure the treadmill is on a stable, level surface. Tighten any loose bolts and apply lubricant to the belt to reduce friction and noise.
Check the console connections and ensure they are secure. If the issue persists, reset the treadmill by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
Fold the treadmill deck up and lock it in place. Make sure it is stored in a dry, cool area to prevent any damage.
Always use the safety key, wear appropriate footwear, and ensure the treadmill is on a stable surface. Avoid placing the treadmill on thick carpet where airflow may be restricted.
