To calibrate the treadmill, access the settings menu through the console, select the calibration option, and follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure the treadmill is on a level surface for accurate calibration.
First, check the belt tension by lifting it at the midpoint; it should lift 3-4 inches. If it slips, adjust the rear roller bolts in small increments until the belt is properly tensioned.
Ensure the power cord is plugged in and the safety key is properly inserted. Check the circuit breaker and reset it if necessary. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the belt and deck monthly, checking for loose bolts, and lubricating the deck every three months or 150 miles of use to ensure smooth operation.
Use the incline buttons on the treadmill console to adjust the incline. The display will show the current incline level as you make adjustments.
Check for loose bolts and ensure the treadmill is on a stable, level surface. Lubricate the deck if needed. If noise persists, contact a professional technician.
To reset the console, turn off the treadmill, unplug it, wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This should reset the console to its default settings.
First, disconnect the power. Remove the motor hood and loosen the rear roller bolts. Slide the old belt off and position the new belt on the deck. Retighten the rear roller bolts and replace the motor hood.
Check the power supply and ensure the safety key is inserted. Inspect the console connections for any loose wires. If the display remains unresponsive, consult the user manual or contact support.
Regular maintenance such as belt tensioning, lubrication, and keeping the treadmill clean will improve performance. Additionally, ensure the treadmill is properly calibrated and on a stable surface.
