To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill and lift the belt slightly. Apply a silicone-based lubricant along the edges of the deck, avoiding the belt surface. Run the treadmill for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
If the belt is slipping, first check the tension of the belt by using the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Turn the bolts clockwise to tighten the belt. Make sure the belt is centered and properly aligned.
Check if the treadmill is properly plugged into a functional outlet. Ensure the safety key is in place. If the treadmill still does not turn on, inspect the power cord and circuit breaker. Reset the treadmill if necessary.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the treadmill after each use, checking the belt tension and alignment monthly, and lubricating the deck every three months or after 150 miles of use.
To adjust the incline, use the incline buttons on the console. You can increase or decrease the incline according to your workout needs. Ensure the treadmill is running at a low speed while adjusting the incline.
If the display console is malfunctioning, check the connection between the console and the treadmill. Ensure all cables are securely connected. If the issue persists, perform a console reset by following the manufacturer's instructions.
Ensure the treadmill is on a flat, stable surface. Check if all bolts and screws are tightened. Lubricate the belt if necessary, and place a treadmill mat underneath to absorb vibrations.
To fold the treadmill, lift the deck from the rear until the latch locks. Ensure it is secure before moving. Store in a dry, clean space with sufficient clearance around it to prevent damage.
The alignment should be checked monthly to ensure the belt is centered and running smoothly. Adjust using the rear roller bolts if necessary to maintain proper alignment.
Common error codes include E1 (speed sensor issue) and E2 (incline motor issue). For E1, check the speed sensor connection. For E2, ensure the incline motor is functioning properly. Refer to the manual for further troubleshooting steps.
