To assemble the treadmill, first lay out all components. Follow the assembly instructions provided in the manual, ensuring all bolts and screws are securely tightened. Use the included tools for best results.
If the belt slips, first check its tension and alignment. Adjust the rear roller bolts evenly to tighten the belt. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on belt tension adjustment.
To lubricate the belt, lift it slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant between the deck and the belt. Run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the treadmill after each use, checking and tightening bolts monthly, lubricating the belt every three months, and inspecting the power cord and plug for damage.
An E1 error indicates a communication problem between the motor and control board. Check the wiring connections, inspect for any visible damage, and ensure the motor control board is securely connected.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is in place. Check the circuit breaker and reset if necessary. If the problem persists, inspect the power cable for any damage.
For manual incline adjustments, locate the incline adjustment lever or knob on the side of the treadmill. Adjust to the desired position before starting your workout.
Fold the treadmill by lifting the deck until it locks into place. Ensure it is stored in a dry, clean area away from direct sunlight or moisture to prevent damage.
To calibrate the speed, enter the treadmill's settings menu using the console. Follow the instructions in the user manual to adjust the speed settings accurately.
Check for loose bolts or screws, inspect the belt for wear, and ensure the treadmill is on a level surface. Lubricate the belt if necessary, and contact customer support if the noise persists.
