To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt and apply lubricant to the deck surface. Spread it evenly, then run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
If the belt is slipping, tighten it by turning the adjustment bolts at the end of the treadmill deck. Turn both bolts evenly, clockwise, by a quarter turn and check the tension. Repeat if necessary.
To reset the console, unplug the treadmill, wait for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. This should reset the electronics and clear any temporary errors.
A squeaking noise may indicate that the belt needs lubrication or that the bolts and nuts need tightening. Inspect and lubricate the belt, and check for any loose components.
It is recommended to perform maintenance every three months. This includes inspecting and lubricating the belt, checking for loose bolts, and cleaning the treadmill surface.
Check that the power cord is securely plugged in and that the safety key is properly inserted. If the issue persists, inspect the console connections for any loose wires.
To adjust belt alignment, use the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Turn the left bolt clockwise to move the belt right, and the right bolt clockwise to move the belt left. Make small adjustments and observe the belt's position.
It is safe to use the treadmill on a carpet, but placing a mat underneath it is recommended to protect the carpet and ensure adequate ventilation.
E1 error code typically indicates a speed sensor issue. Check the sensor connections and ensure the sensor is clean and properly aligned with the motor flywheel.
If the automatic incline feature fails, check the incline motor and connections. Manual adjustment is not possible without repairing or replacing the faulty components.
