To lubricate the treadmill belt, turn off and unplug the machine. Lift the belt and apply the lubricant along the length of the deck, then walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to evenly distribute it.
Check the power cord connection and ensure the outlet is functional. Inspect the reset/off circuit breaker to see if it has tripped, and reset if necessary.
Locate the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Turn the bolt on the side where the belt is drifting clockwise to tighten, and counter-clockwise to loosen, until the belt is centered.
Regularly clean the treadmill deck and belt, check for loose bolts, and vacuum underneath the treadmill to prevent dust buildup. Lubricate the belt every 3-6 months.
Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened. Check the belt for wear or debris. Lubricate the belt if necessary. If the noise persists, inspect the motor and rollers.
To fold, lift the deck until it locks into place. To unfold, support the deck and pull the release knob, then gently lower it to the floor.
Refer to the user manual to locate the reset button, typically near the display or motor cover. Hold it for several seconds until the console resets.
This could indicate a power interruption, a tripped circuit breaker, or an overheating motor. Check all power connections and allow the motor to cool before resuming use.
Access the console settings and navigate to the speed calibration option. Follow the prompts to adjust and test the speed settings for accuracy.
First, ensure the treadmill is on a level surface. Tighten the belt using the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. If slipping continues, check for proper lubrication.
