To calibrate the speed, follow these steps: 1) Turn off the machine and unplug it. 2) Hold down the 'Start' and 'Speed +' buttons simultaneously while you plug the machine back in. 3) Release the buttons and press 'Enter'. 4) Use 'Speed +' or 'Speed -' to adjust the speed. Press 'Start' to save the calibration settings.
If the treadmill belt slips, try the following: 1) Check belt tension and adjust if necessary. 2) Ensure the deck is lubricated. 3) Inspect the drive belt for wear and replace if needed.
The treadmill belt should be lubricated approximately every three months or after 150 miles of use, whichever comes first. Use a silicone-based lubricant designed for treadmills.
To clean the treadmill, use a damp cloth to wipe down the console and handrails. Vacuum around the motor cover and under the belt to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
A squeaking noise may result from lack of lubrication. Try lubricating the belt and deck. If the noise persists, inspect the roller bearings and the belt tension.
To reset the console, unplug the treadmill for at least 30 seconds. Plug it back in, then press and hold the 'Stop' button for 5 seconds to complete the reset process.
Sudden stops can be caused by a tripped circuit breaker, loose connections, or a faulty motor. Check the power source, inspect wiring, and ensure the motor is functioning correctly.
To adjust the incline manually, press the 'Incline +' or 'Incline -' buttons on the console to reach the desired incline level.
Regular maintenance checks include inspecting the belt and deck for wear, checking bolt tightness, lubricating the deck, and ensuring the console is functioning properly.
An E1 error code typically indicates a communication failure between the console and motor. Check all cable connections, inspect the motor control board for damage, and reset the treadmill.
