To lubricate the belt, first turn off and unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt and apply a silicone-based lubricant to the deck under the belt. Spread it evenly and run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to ensure even distribution.
If the belt slips, first check the tension. Tighten the belt using the adjustment bolts located at the end of the treadmill deck. Turn each bolt a quarter turn clockwise and test the belt for slipping again.
To calibrate the speed, enter the engineering mode by holding down the speed "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for a few seconds. Follow the on-screen instructions to adjust and verify the speed settings.
It's recommended to clean the treadmill after each use, lubricate the belt every 3 months, and inspect the belt tension every month. Additionally, check for loose bolts and parts every six months.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is properly inserted. Check the circuit breaker and reset it if necessary. If the treadmill still does not start, consult the user manual or contact customer service.
Check for any loose bolts or parts and tighten them if needed. Inspect the belt for wear or debris. If the noise persists, lubricate the belt and deck. If the issue continues, contact a service technician.
To manually adjust the incline, press the incline "+" or "-" button on the console. The treadmill will adjust to the desired incline level automatically.
Check if the safety key has come loose. Ensure the treadmill is on a stable surface and that there is no power surge. If the treadmill continues to stop abruptly, inspect for error codes and consult the manual for guidance.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the console and handles. Vacuum the belt area to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the treadmill surface. Regular cleaning will help maintain the treadmill's condition.
Keeping the belt centered ensures smooth operation and prevents wear. To center the belt, adjust the rear roller bolts. Turn the bolt on the side the belt is drifting towards counterclockwise and the opposite side clockwise, a quarter turn at a time, until the belt is centered.
