To lubricate the treadmill belt, first unplug the machine. Lift the belt slightly and apply a suitable silicone-based lubricant along the edges. Walk on the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check if the power cord is properly plugged in and the safety key is in place. Also, ensure that the power switch is turned on. If these steps do not resolve the issue, inspect the circuit breaker and reset it if necessary.
To calibrate the speed, enter the engineering mode by pressing and holding the speed '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the treadmill deck and belt, checking for loose bolts, lubricating the belt every 3-6 months, and ensuring the running deck is aligned correctly.
A squeaking noise may indicate the need for lubrication or that a bolt is loose. Lubricate the belt and deck, and check all bolts and screws for tightness.
To fold the treadmill, lift the deck until it locks in place. To unfold, support the deck with one hand, pull the release knob, and gently lower the deck to the floor.
Adjust the belt alignment by using the hex key to turn the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Turn the bolt in the direction you want the belt to move until it is centered.
This may be caused by a loose safety key, an overheating motor, or a misaligned belt. Ensure the safety key is secure, clean the motor area, and check belt alignment.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the power switch is on. Check the connection between the console and the machine, and inspect the circuit breaker. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Regular maintenance, such as keeping the belt lubricated, cleaning the machine, ensuring proper alignment, and avoiding overloading, will help increase the treadmill's lifespan.
