To calibrate the speed, locate the calibration setting in the treadmill's menu. Press and hold the ‘Speed +’ and ‘Stop’ buttons simultaneously for five seconds to enter the calibration mode. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
If the belt slips, first ensure it is centered. Adjust the rear roller bolts to tighten the belt. Turn each bolt a quarter turn clockwise, and check for slipping. Repeat until the belt no longer slips.
It is recommended to lubricate the treadmill belt every three months or after 150 miles of use to ensure smooth operation and prolong the life of the belt.
Use a 100% silicone lubricant specifically designed for treadmills. Avoid using oils or silicone sprays that are not treadmill-specific.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is inserted. Check the circuit breaker and reset if necessary. If the issue persists, consult the manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact customer support.
Wipe down the treadmill with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive water. Clean under the belt and around the motor area regularly to prevent dust buildup.
Check for loose bolts or parts and tighten them if necessary. Inspect the belt alignment and adjust if needed. Ensure the surface under the treadmill is stable and even. Lubricate the belt if it has not been recently maintained.
To adjust the incline, use the incline buttons on the console. Press the ‘Incline +’ button to increase and the ‘Incline -’ button to decrease. The display will show the current incline level.
Check the power source and ensure the machine is properly plugged in. Inspect the connection between the console cable and the control board. Replace the batteries in the console if applicable.
Regular maintenance is key. Lubricate the belt regularly, keep the treadmill clean, and check for loose components. Ensure the treadmill is on a level surface and avoid overloading. Follow all safety and usage guidelines provided in the manual.
