To lubricate the belt, first, unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant in a thin layer along the edges. Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
If the belt is slipping, first check the tension. Use the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill to tighten the belt. Turn each bolt a quarter turn clockwise and test the belt tension again.
To reset the console, turn off the treadmill and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This should reset the console.
First, check the power source and ensure the treadmill is plugged in securely. If the issue persists, inspect the console connections for any loose or damaged wires. Contact customer support if the problem continues.
It is recommended to perform maintenance checks every three months. This includes cleaning the belt, inspecting the deck for wear, checking the tension of the belt, and lubricating as needed.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the console and handrails after each use. For the belt and deck, vacuum underneath to remove any dust or debris and clean with a mild soap solution monthly.
Enter the engineering mode by pressing and holding the speed increase and stop buttons simultaneously. Follow the manual instructions to adjust and calibrate the speed settings.
Check the power cord and ensure it is securely connected. Inspect the circuit breaker and reset if tripped. If the problem persists, contact a professional technician for further diagnosis.
Check the incline motor connections and ensure they are secure. If the incline still does not work, try calibrating the incline using the console settings, or consult the manual for detailed instructions.
Signs that the belt needs replacement include visible wear or fraying edges, a slipping sensation during use, or a rough texture when touched. If any of these occur, consider replacing the belt.
