To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Then, lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant along the middle of the deck. Repeat on both sides of the belt, then plug the treadmill back in and walk on it at a slow speed to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check if the treadmill is properly plugged into a power outlet and ensure the safety key is inserted. If it still doesn't start, check the circuit breaker and reset it if necessary.
To adjust the belt tension, locate the adjustment bolts at the end of the treadmill frame. Turn the bolts clockwise to tighten or counterclockwise to loosen. Adjust evenly and in small increments.
A squeaking noise can be due to a lack of lubrication on the belt or deck. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the deck and ensure the belt is correctly aligned and tensioned.
To calibrate the incline, enter the treadmill's setup mode by pressing and holding the incline and speed buttons simultaneously. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process.
Perform regular maintenance every 3 months, including checking belt tension and alignment, lubricating the deck, and cleaning the motor compartment.
First, unplug the treadmill. Remove the motor cover and loosen the adjustment bolts. Slide off the old belt and replace it with a new one. Align and tension the new belt before replacing the motor cover.
Error codes can indicate issues with the motor, incline, or electronic components. Refer to the user manual for specific error code meanings and troubleshooting steps.
Regularly dust the console and frame with a soft cloth. Clean the belt and deck with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using solvents or abrasive materials.
Check the power connection and ensure the safety key is in place. Inspect the belt for obstructions and verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped.
