To set up the Flymo EasiLife Go, place the charging station in a level area with open space around it. Lay the boundary wire around the perimeter of your lawn, ensuring it is secured with stakes. Connect the wires to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet. Finally, place the mower on the station to charge and configure the settings using the control panel.
Ensure the boundary and guide wires are properly connected and not damaged. Check for obstacles blocking the mower's path and ensure the charging station is powered. If the issue persists, restart the mower and monitor its path to the station.
Adjust the cutting height by turning the height adjustment knob located on the top of the mower. Rotate it to the desired height setting, ranging from 20mm to 50mm, depending on your lawn's condition and your preference.
Check the blades for damage or wear and replace them if necessary. Ensure the mower is set to the appropriate cutting height for your lawn. Also, verify that the lawn is free from debris and that the mower is not tilted or unbalanced.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the mower and charging station, checking and replacing worn blades, and inspecting the boundary wire for any damage. It's also important to regularly update the mower's software if updates are available.
To winterize your mower, clean it thoroughly and remove any grass clippings. Store the mower and charging station in a dry, frost-free place. Disconnect the battery and store it separately if possible, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
Unusual noises may indicate that the blades are damaged or there is debris caught underneath the mower. Inspect the blades and clean the underside of the mower. If the noise persists, consider contacting customer support.
Maximize battery life by ensuring the mower is stored in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid fully discharging the battery and keep the mower on the charging station when not mowing. Regularly clean the mower to prevent motor strain.
Check the mower for any error messages and consult the manual for troubleshooting steps. Ensure the battery is charged, and inspect the mower for any obstructions or damage. Restart the mower to see if the issue resolves.
While the Flymo EasiLife Go is designed to handle various weather conditions, it is recommended to avoid mowing in heavy rain to prevent damage to the mower and ensure optimal performance.
