To insert the SIM card into the Doro 5516, first remove the back cover and battery. Insert the SIM card into the designated slot with the gold contacts facing down. Replace the battery and back cover.
To perform a factory reset on your Doro 5516, go to Settings > Security > Master reset, and confirm your selection. Note that this will erase all data on the phone.
If your Doro 5516 is not charging, ensure that the charger is properly connected and the power outlet is functional. Try using a different charger or USB cable. If the issue persists, the battery might need replacement.
To adjust the volume on your Doro 5516, use the volume buttons located on the side of the phone. You can adjust the ringtone, call, and media volumes through Settings > Sound.
