To set up the Dimplex OFX750 Radiator, remove all packaging materials, place the radiator on a stable surface, and plug it into a suitable power outlet. Ensure the thermostat is set to the desired temperature.
Check if the radiator is plugged in properly and the power outlet is functioning. Ensure the power switch is turned on and the thermostat is set above the room temperature. If it still doesn't work, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Ensure the radiator is unplugged and completely cool. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the radiator in water.
Unusual noises can be caused by the expansion and contraction of metal parts during heating or cooling. Ensure the radiator is on a stable surface. If the noise persists, contact customer service for further assistance.
Turn the thermostat knob to the right to increase the temperature or to the left to decrease it. The indicator will show when the desired temperature is reached.
Place the radiator in a central location within the room and ensure there are no obstructions blocking the airflow. Maintain the room's insulation to prevent heat loss.
It is not recommended to use an extension cord with the Dimplex OFX750 Radiator. Plug it directly into a wall outlet to prevent overheating or electrical hazards.
Regularly clean the exterior and ensure the power cable is in good condition. Periodically inspect for signs of damage or wear and consult the manual for any specific maintenance tasks.
Ensure the radiator is completely cool, clean it thoroughly, and store it in a dry location away from dust and moisture. Wrap the power cable neatly to avoid damage.
If the radiator overheats, it is equipped with a safety cut-out that will turn it off. Allow it to cool down before resetting it. Check for blockages in airflow and ensure the thermostat is not set too high.
