To turn on the flame effect, ensure the stove is plugged in, then simply press the flame effect button on the control panel.
Check if the thermostat is set too low. Adjust the thermostat to a higher setting. Additionally, ensure the power switch is turned on and the unit is plugged into a functioning outlet.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the stove. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Make sure the unit is turned off and cool before cleaning.
The flame effect may appear dim if the light bulbs are nearing the end of their life. Check and replace any burnt-out bulbs to restore full brightness.
While the stove is designed with safety features, it is advisable to turn off the unit when unattended or overnight to ensure safety and energy conservation.
First, unplug the unit and let it cool down for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. If it still doesn't work, check for tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.
Regularly dust the exterior, check and replace light bulbs as necessary, and inspect the power cord and plug for damages. No other maintenance is typically required.
It is recommended to plug the stove directly into a wall outlet. Using an extension cord can lead to overheating and may pose a fire risk.
Locate the thermostat dial on the control panel of the stove. Turn it clockwise to increase the temperature or counterclockwise to decrease it.
An unusual odor could be due to dust burning off the elements when first used or after a long period. If the odor persists, ensure the area around the heater is clean and check for any foreign materials inside the unit.
