To descale your DeLonghi KBJ 3001, fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) up to the max line. Boil the solution and leave it to sit for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before using again.
Ensure the kettle is properly connected to a power source and the lid is securely closed. Check the power outlet by plugging in another appliance to verify it is working. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
It is recommended to only boil water in the DeLonghi KBJ 3001 kettle. Boiling other liquids can damage the kettle and void the warranty.
Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the kettle. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can scratch the surface.
Some noise is normal during operation due to water boiling. If the noise is excessive, ensure the kettle is on a flat surface and the base is clean. Consider descaling if the noise persists.
Regularly descale your kettle and use filtered water if possible. Empty and rinse the kettle after each use to reduce limescale formation.
Check if the lid is closed properly and inspect the kettle for any cracks or damage. If the issue continues, discontinue use and contact DeLonghi customer support.
The DeLonghi KBJ 3001 has a cord storage feature in the base. Wrap the cord around the base and secure it in the designated storage area.
The maximum capacity of the DeLonghi KBJ 3001 kettle is 1.7 liters. Do not fill beyond the maximum fill line to avoid spillage or malfunction.
The base of the DeLonghi KBJ 3001 kettle is not waterproof. Avoid immersing it in water and ensure it stays dry to prevent electrical hazards.
