Check that the milk container is correctly attached and that the milk is fresh and cold. Clean the frothing nozzle to remove any blockages, and ensure the nozzle is correctly positioned for frothing.
Turn off and unplug the machine. Open the service door, remove the drip tray, and press the two red release buttons to remove the brew unit. Rinse it under warm water and allow it to dry before reinserting it back into the machine.

It is recommended to use high-quality, medium roast coffee beans. Avoid oily beans as they can clog the grinder. Experiment with different beans to find your preferred taste.
The 'Fill Tank' message may appear if the water tank is not seated properly. Remove the tank, fill it with water, and reinsert it, ensuring it clicks into place. Check for any obstructions in the water reservoir sensors.
Descale the machine every 2-3 months depending on the water hardness level in your area. The machine will also notify you when descaling is necessary.
Check if there are any foreign objects obstructing the grinder. Clean the grinder using a vacuum cleaner. If the issue persists, consider having the machine serviced by a professional.
