Ensure that the machine is fully warmed up before brewing. If the issue persists, check the temperature settings in the menu and adjust as necessary. Refer to the user manual for detailed steps.
Descale the machine every 2-3 months or whenever the descaling alert appears on the display. Use a DeLonghi-approved descaling solution for optimal results.
After each use, detach and rinse the milk frother components under warm water. Use a soft brush to clean any milk residue. For a thorough clean, refer to the maintenance section in the manual.
Ensure that the water tank is properly seated in its compartment. Check the float inside the tank; it should move freely. If the issue continues, clean the tank and float mechanism.
Access the menu and navigate to the drink customization settings. Adjust the strength and volume to your preference and save the settings. The user manual provides detailed instructions for this process.
Check the grind size; it might be too coarse. Adjust to a finer grind and ensure the coffee strength setting is appropriately set. Clean the brewing unit to ensure optimal performance.
Pre-warm the cups by rinsing them with hot water before brewing. Check that the temperature setting is on the highest level in the menu options.
Noisy operation may be due to foreign objects in the grinder or a misalignment. Clean the grinder and ensure there are no obstructions. If noise persists, consult a professional technician.
To reset to factory settings, enter the menu, select 'Factory Reset' and confirm the action. This will erase all customized settings, returning the machine to its original configuration.
