To activate the child lock feature, press and hold the lock symbol button for a few seconds until it lights up. This will prevent any accidental changes to the settings.
First, ensure that the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check if the circuit breaker is not tripped. If the issue persists, contact a qualified technician for assistance.
Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent or hob cleaner to wipe the surface. Avoid using abrasive pads or strong chemicals which can scratch or damage the surface.
