To clean the hob, ensure it is turned off and cool. Use a soft cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners to prevent surface damage.
Check if the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Ensure that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
A clicking noise is normal when the hob is igniting. If the noise persists or occurs without ignition, inspect the burner caps and ensure they are properly placed.
Use cookware with smooth, flat bottoms and avoid dragging them across the surface. Regularly clean the hob to remove particles that might scratch the glass.
Use a hob scraper specifically designed for glass surfaces. Gently scrape away the residue, then clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Simply disconnect the hob from the power supply for a few minutes, then reconnect it. This should reset the system.
Use cookware made of stainless steel, cast iron, or other materials with a flat base for best results. Avoid using warped or uneven bottomed pots and pans.
To activate the child lock, press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the indicator lights up. This disables the controls to prevent accidental activation.
Immediately turn off the hob and open windows for ventilation. Do not use electrical switches. Contact a qualified technician to inspect the appliance.
It's recommended to perform a maintenance check annually by a qualified technician to ensure proper functioning and safety.
