De Dietrich DRN1215J User Guide

To adjust the temperature, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the up or down buttons to set your desired temperature. The recommended setting is 4°C for the fridge compartment.
Ensure that the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Check that the vents inside are not blocked by food items, and clean the condenser coils located at the back or bottom of the unit.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils at least twice a year to maintain efficient cooling and prolong the lifespan of the refrigerator.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. Check the drain located at the back of the fridge and clear any debris or ice that may be obstructing it.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, remove it, and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover before plugging the unit back in.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Place towels to absorb water, and once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging the unit back in.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching any walls or cabinets. Check for loose items on the shelves that might vibrate and ensure the compressor is not obstructed or damaged.
Store raw meats on the bottom shelf to prevent cross-contamination. Place dairy in the colder sections, usually the back, and keep fruits and vegetables in designated crisper drawers. Avoid overloading shelves to maintain proper air circulation.
To reset the alarm, check if the door is properly closed. If the alarm persists, press the alarm reset button on the control panel. If the issue continues, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces, check and clean door seals, inspect and clean the condenser coils, and ensure proper temperature settings to maintain efficiency and performance.
