To activate the PowerBoost function, press the "+" button on the desired cooking zone until the display shows "P". This will increase the power level temporarily to speed up cooking.
Ensure that the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker and fuses. If everything seems fine and it still doesn’t turn on, contact a qualified technician.
To lock the controls, press and hold the lock key symbol for a few seconds until the indicator light turns on. Repeat the process to unlock.
Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild detergent to clean the hob surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can scratch the glass.
A clicking noise is normal and occurs when the hob is adjusting the power level. If the noise is excessive or concerning, ensure the cookware is flat and suitable for induction cooking.
To reset the hob, turn off the power supply at the mains for a few minutes, then turn it back on. This will reset the hob to its default settings.
The flashing indicator usually means no cookware is detected or the cookware is not suitable for induction cooking. Ensure the pot is induction-compatible and correctly centered on the zone.
Only ferromagnetic cookware, such as cast iron or stainless steel, is suitable for induction hobs. Aluminum, glass, and copper cookware will not work unless they have a magnetic base.
Yes, the hob surface may remain warm after use due to residual heat from the cookware. It will cool down shortly after turning off the cooking zone.
Regular cleaning, using appropriate cookware, and avoiding spills will help maintain the hob's efficiency. Ensure the hob is well-ventilated and avoid excessive weight on the glass surface.
