To unlock the child lock feature, press and hold the lock key symbol on the control panel for about 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Ensure that the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker and fuse box to make sure there is no issue with the power supply. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the surface.
