To activate the child lock, press and hold the lock icon on the control panel for about 3 seconds. This will prevent accidental operation by locking the controls.
First, ensure that the hob is properly connected to the power supply. Check the circuit breaker and fuse box to ensure power is being delivered. If the hob still does not power on, contact a qualified technician.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild detergent and warm water to clean the glass surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may scratch the surface.
An 'F' error code indicates a fault with the hob. Refer to the user manual for specific error code details or reset the appliance by turning it off and on again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
The hob is designed for use with flat-bottomed cookware. For best results, use pots and pans that have a diameter similar to the heating zone. Induction-compatible cookware is required for induction zones.
To adjust the power level, select the desired cooking zone and use the touch controls to increase or decrease the power setting. The display will show the current power level.
Regularly clean the hob after use to prevent food residue build-up. Use a glass scraper for stubborn stains. Ensure that the area around the hob is well-ventilated to avoid overheating.
Some clicking noises are normal and occur as the hob's electronic components adjust power levels. If the noise is excessive or unusual, it may require service.
To reset the hob, turn off the power at the circuit breaker for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on. This will reset the electronic controls.
Ensure that the cookware being used is appropriate and induction-compatible if applicable. Check if the zone is correctly selected and the power level is set. If the issue persists, it may require professional service.
