To reset the stopwatch, first ensure it is stopped. Then, press the Reset button to set the time back to zero.
If the display is unclear or flickering, check the battery and replace it if necessary. Ensure that the battery is properly installed.
To change the battery, open the battery compartment using a small screwdriver. Replace the old battery with a new one, ensuring the positive side is facing up. Close the compartment securely.
Press the Start button to begin timing. To record a lap or split time, press the Lap/Split button. The current time will freeze temporarily on the display, while the stopwatch continues running in the background.
When the display dims significantly or does not respond, it's likely time to replace the battery. A lack of response may also indicate a battery issue.
The Casio HS50W is not designed for underwater use. Avoid submerging it in water to prevent damage.
The Casio HS50W can measure up to 24 hours before it resets to zero.
To clean the stopwatch, use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using solvents or chemicals as they may damage the casing or the display.
If the buttons are unresponsive, try replacing the battery. If the issue persists, ensure no dirt or debris is obstructing the buttons. Otherwise, consult the user manual for further troubleshooting.
