Ensure the heater is placed on a flat, stable surface. Keep it at least 3 feet away from any flammable materials. Plug it directly into a wall outlet and avoid using extension cords.
Check that the heater is plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the power switch is turned on. If the issue persists, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker and reset if necessary.
Turn off and unplug the heater. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Remove dust from the vents with a vacuum cleaner attachment. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the heater in water.
The heater includes overheat protection and a tip-over switch, which automatically shut off the unit if it becomes too hot or is knocked over.
It is not recommended to use the heater in a bathroom due to the high humidity levels, which can pose an electric shock risk.
Unusual noises may be due to debris inside the heater or an internal component becoming loose. Turn off the heater, let it cool, and inspect for any visible obstructions or loose parts.
Turn off the heater and unplug it from the outlet. Wait for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. Adjust the thermostat to the desired setting.
The heater is designed to efficiently heat rooms up to 400 square feet. For optimal performance, ensure the room is well-insulated.
Regularly clean the heater, avoid running it continuously for long periods, and store it properly during off-seasons. Additionally, ensure it is not blocked by furniture or drapes to prevent overheating.
It is not recommended to leave the heater unattended. Always turn it off when leaving the room or going to sleep to minimize fire risk.
