To reset the oil life monitor, turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine. Press the INFO button until the Oil Life display appears. Then press and hold the RESET button until the display shows 100%.
The recommended engine oil for the Cadillac STS 2010 is 5W-30 synthetic oil. Ensure the oil meets GM Standard GM6094M.
