To start the tractor, ensure the brake is engaged, the throttle is set to the choke position, and the key is turned to the start position. Release the key once the engine starts.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and verify that the battery is charged. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for troubleshooting steps.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first.
It is recommended to use SAE 30 oil for temperatures above 40°F (4°C) and 10W-30 for colder temperatures.
Check the tire pressure, ensure the blades are sharp and balanced, and verify that the deck is level. Adjust as necessary to achieve even cutting.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, change the oil, remove the battery, and store it in a cool, dry place. Cover the tractor to protect it from dust and debris.
Keep the battery terminals clean and free of corrosion, ensure it is charged, and store it in a dry, temperature-controlled environment when not in use.
Check for debris obstructing the cooling fins, ensure the oil level is adequate, and verify that the engine is not overloaded. Allow the engine to cool before addressing any issues.
Locate the cutting height adjustment lever, usually on the mower deck, and move it to the desired setting. Ensure all wheels are set to the same height for uniform cutting.
Perform a pre-operation check before each use, change the oil every 50 hours, clean the air filter every 25 hours, and sharpen or replace blades as needed.
