Use SAE 30 oil if operating the tractor in temperatures above 40°F (4°C). For colder temperatures, use SAE 10W-30.
Locate the air filter cover on the side of the engine, remove the cover, take out the old filter, and replace it with a new one. Ensure the new filter is seated properly before replacing the cover.
Check the spark plug for damage or wear, ensure the air filter is clean, and confirm that the fuel is fresh and not contaminated.
Blades should be sharpened after every 25 hours of use or at the beginning of each mowing season for optimal performance.
Check the fuel level, inspect the spark plug, verify the battery charge, and ensure the air filter is clean. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, change the oil, stabilize the fuel system, disconnect the battery, and store it in a dry, covered area.
Refer to the manufacturer’s manual for the recommended tire pressure, typically around 10-14 psi for the front tires and 8-10 psi for the rear tires.
Locate the cutting height adjustment lever, which is typically near the operator's seat, and move it to set the desired cutting height.
Inspect the engine for loose bolts or damaged seals, check the oil filter and oil drain plug for tightness, and replace any damaged gaskets.
Regularly maintain the engine, keep the blades sharp, use the correct fuel type, and avoid overloading the tractor.
