To set up your AT-LP60XHP turntable, first place it on a flat, stable surface. Attach the belt to the motor pulley, install the dust cover, and connect the RCA cables to your speakers or amplifier. Power on the turntable, and you're ready to play records.
If the turntable is not spinning, ensure it is plugged in and turned on. Check that the belt is properly attached to the motor pulley. If the belt is broken or loose, it may need to be replaced.
To replace the stylus, gently remove the old stylus by pulling it away from the cartridge. Align the new stylus with the cartridge and press it into place until it clicks securely.
Poor sound quality may be due to a worn-out stylus, a dirty record, or incorrect tracking force. Clean your records, check the stylus condition, and ensure the turntable is level for optimal performance.
Use the included RCA cables to connect the turntable's output to the input of your external speakers or amplifier. Ensure the phono/line switch on the back of the turntable is set to 'line' if your speakers do not have a phono input.
Regularly clean the stylus with a soft brush, dust the turntable surface, and keep the records clean to ensure good sound quality. Replace the stylus approximately every 500 hours of play.
The AT-LP60XHP has a pre-set tracking force and cannot be adjusted manually. Ensure the turntable is on a level surface to maintain proper tracking.
The AT-LP60XHP does not support Bluetooth connectivity. You can connect it to Bluetooth speakers using an external Bluetooth transmitter connected to the RCA outputs.
If the turntable is skipping, ensure it is on a stable, level surface. Check the condition of the stylus and record for dust or damage. Replacing the stylus may also resolve skipping issues.
Keep the dust cover closed when not in use to protect the turntable and records from dust. Store records vertically in a cool, dry place, and use the stylus guard if available.
