To reset your iPod Nano 3rd Gen, press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, which usually takes about 6 to 10 seconds.
Connect your iPod Nano to your computer using the USB cable. Open iTunes and select your device. From there, you can drag and drop songs from your library to your device or use the sync feature.
Ensure that the device is charged by connecting it to a power source. If it still doesn't turn on, try resetting it by pressing and holding the Menu and Center buttons. If the issue persists, it may require service.
